All Differential Flanges are manufacture by special grade steel and heat treated. After manufacturing all flanges are tested on Various predefined parameters to maintain.

INTER-AXLE ASSEMBLY

We manufacture Dynamically Balanced Cardan shafts & Inter-Axle Assemblies For Vibration Free Performance.

We manufacture Propeller Shafts for the Range of Torque carrying capacity of 600 NM to 22500 NM.

Our Shafts are Characterised by high Performance Value & Low NVH (Noise, Vibration & Harshness) Property & High Torsional Strength.

PROPELLER SHAFT TUBES

We manufacture tubes as per OE Grade, Standard & Specification

Grade of the raw material is specially drafted for Propeller Shaft application to serve the purpose of High Tensile Strength & High Resistance against Twisting mechanism.

The Sizes & Tolerances are maintained in such a way that while assembling the components no machining is required on mating parts (Rear teeth & Half yokes) resulting in huge demand of Everest Propeller Shaft Tubes.

STEERING COMPONENTS

Steering Cross Assemblies are filled with special Alloy Steel Cross. We manufacture steering components for Mini truck, LCV & HCV for all the major Truck manufacturers Tata, Leyland, Eicher& Mahindra.
